On Thursday, May 15, 2008 from 3:00 A.M. until 4:00 A .M., the Oracle System (iProcurement, iExpense, Learning Management) will be unavailable in order to perform system maintenance.
If you need supplies during the downtime, please contact Materials Management at 2-1888 (Supervisor pager is 2900).
On Wednesday, May 21, 2008 from 10:15 PM to 12 A.M., the Epic system will be down for maintenance.

Tired of trying to figure out which service desk to call: BSD or the Medical Center?
Well, now one number is all you'll need to know: 2-3456.
In addition, you no longer have to select either "BSD" or "UCMC" when calling: we're all one team now! Our combined service desk can now assist you with all your computing needs.
We have transitioned to a joint incident tracking system with the Medical Center.
When an issue is marked "resolved", you will receive a notification email (if the problem recurs, you can call us back within 48 hours and we'll reopen it). The email will also have a link to a joint Medical Center/BSDIS satisfaction survey.
