
1. Click on the Calendar link on the navigation bar, then click the New Meeting button in the upper left hand corner.
2. Meetings are scheduled using Start and End times [Note: this is a change from Meeting Maker, which used "duration".]
3. To invite attendees to the meeting, click the Invite Attendees button. A To… line will appear in the meeting window. You may use the Global Address List to invite attendees by clicking the To.. button.
4. When you are finished, click Send to send the meeting invitiation.
