How can I set up Outlook to AutoArchive my mail?


1. In Outlook, go to Tools, then Options... and select the Other tab. Click the AutoArchive... button.

2. The AutoArchive window will open and provide you with configuration options (default values are displayed below, and will work for most users):

3. Messages that are archived are no longer on the server, and are therefore not accessible via Outlook Web Access (OWA). (Archived messages can be retrieved after archiving, but any messages brought out of archive will count against your server quota of 500 MB (500000KB).)
