Can I recover mail I have deleted from my Deleted Items folder?

Deleted mail is only retained on the server for 7 days after deletion, and cannot be recovered after this period!

To recover a deleted item:

1. In the Outlook 2003* mail pane, select the Deleted Items folder.

2. Go to Tools, and select Recover Deleted Items. (This option will be grayed out in Outlook 2003 if you do not highlight the Deleted Items folder first.)

3. A window will open with a list of all available items that may be recovered; select the item(s) you would like to recover, and click the Recover Selected Items button:

* In Outlook 2007, these instructions may be applied to any mail folder. [Outlook 2007 is not supported at this time.]
