How do I check my quota usage in Outlook?
1. In Outlook, right click on your mailbox name (i.e. "Mailbox - LastName, FirstName [BSD] - ADM") and select Properties.
2. In the Properties window, click the Folder Size... button at the bottom.
3. The amount of server space you are utilizing is listed under "Total size (including subfolders)" in kilobytes (KB). Your quota is 500,000 KB.
