My machine is out of warranty. Can I still get BSDIS support?

The short answer is: software support, yes; hardware support, only through CCS.

Once a machine's warranty expires, we can no longer procure replacement parts through Dell. CCS can provide some assistance for a fee if you bring the machine to them.

Software assistance is still available via BSDIS regardless of warranty status, but if the software can no longer run on the older hardware, support will be limited or unavailable.
