Online web requests
BSDIS is pleased to offer an online IT service request system, available 24 hours a day. Customers are able to enter new work orders, and view the status of existing requests.
The IT service request system is only available to those customers with BSDAD (Divisional Active Directory) credentials.
When prompted for credentials, use your BSDAD username in the form of bsdad\username and type in the password.
